Description
Fluorescein-PEG6-NHS ester is a fluorescein labeled PEG linker containing a NHS group, which enables labeling for antibodies and other purified proteins at primary amines (lysine side chains). The hydrophilic PEG spacer arm increases solubility in aqueous media.
