6-Alkynyl fucose is a tool in the study of protein O-fucosylation[1]. 6-Alkynyl fucose is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
