Description
t-Boc-N-amido-PEG10-amine is a monodisperse PEG reagent containing an amino group and Boc-protected amino group. The hydrophilic PEG spacer increases solubility in aqueous media. The Boc group can be deprotected under mild acidic conditions to form the free amine.
Uses
Boc-NH-PEG10-CH2CH2NH2 is a PEG-based PROTAC linker that can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs[1].
