Description

Biotin-PEG11-amine is monodisperse PEGylated biotinylation reagent.The amine group can be coupled to carboxyl groups or 5'phosphate groups to form stable amide bonds. The hydrophilic PEG spacer increases aqueous solubility of the molecules conjugated to the biotin compound.

Uses

Biotin-PEG11-amine is a biotin-labeled, PEG-based PROTAC linker that can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs[1].
