H-PRO-NME2 Usage And Synthesis
Uses
L-Proline Dimethylamide is a reactant used in the synthesis of fluoromethylsulfonylaminophenyl propanamides as TRPV1 antagonists.
Synthesis
Take a clean beaker, add 180 mL of tetrahydrofuran solution, weigh and prepare N,N-dimethylpyrrolidine-2-carbonyl chloride dissolved in tetrahydrofuran, after dissolution, the solution was slowly added to the ice-water bath under the conditions of the dimethylamine tetrahydrofuran (which had been loaded into the clean three reaction flasks), the solid was precipitated immediately, and after addition, the stirring was continued for 4 hours at 35 ??, and the progress of the reaction was detected by thin-layer chromatography. After the reaction was completed and the reaction solution was cooled, 400 mL of ice water was added to the reaction, so that the product was completely precipitated, and a light yellow solid was obtained by filtration. After drying and recrystallization with anhydrous acetone, N,N-dimethylpyrrolidine-2-carboxamide was obtained.
