Description

TCO-PEG3-amine is a click chemistry building block containing a TCO moiety and a free amine. Amine is very reactive with active NHS ester or with carboxylic acid in the presence of of activators suh as EDC. TCO moiety is very reactive with tetrazine ( 3rd generation click chemistry).

Uses

TCO-PEG3-amine is a PEG-based PROTAC linker can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs[1].
