Description

DBCO-NH-Boc is a click chemistry reagent with a DBCO group. DBCO can undergo copper-free Click Chemistry reactions with azides.

Uses

DBCO-NH-Boc is an alkyl/ether-based PROTAC linker that can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs[1]. DBCO-NH-Boc is a click chemistry reagent, it contains a DBCO group that can undergo strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) with molecules containing Azide groups.
