Description

endo-BCN-PEG8-acid is a BCN-containing crosslinker reagent. The terminal carboxylic acid is reactive with primary amine groups in the presence of activators (e.g. EDC, or HATU). The BCN group enable copper free click chemistry with azide -tagged biomolecules. The hydrophilic PEG spacer increases solubility in aqueous media.

Uses

endo-BCN-PEG8-acid is a PEG-based PROTAC linker that can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs[1]. endo-BCN-PEG8-acid is a click chemistry reagent, it contains a BCN group that can undergo strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) with molecules containing Azide groups.
