Description

m-PEG5-Ms is a PEG linker containing a mesyl group. The mesyl group is a good leaving group for nucleophilic substitution reactions. The hydrophilic PEG spacer increases solubility in aqueous media.

Biological Activity

m-PEG4-Ms is a PROTAC bridge and belongs to the PEG class. m-PEG4-Ms can be used to synthesize a series of PROTAC molecules. It is a cleavable ADC bridge for the synthesis of antibody drug conjugates (ADCs).
