Description
BDP TR carboxylic acid is a BDP TR linker with a carboxylic acid. The BDP TR dye is popular for the microscopy and fluorescence polarization assays. The terminal carboxylic acid can react with primary amine groups in the presence of activators (e.g. EDC, or HATU) to form a stable amide bond.
Uses
BDP TR carboxylic acid is a carboxylic acid derivative of BDP TR. BDP TR is a BODIPY fluorescent probe[1].
