Uses

Immepip is a H3 agonist. Immepip can reduce cortical histamine release. Immepip can be used for the research of neurological diseases[1].

in vivo

Immepip (i.p.; 5, 10 mg/kg) markedly reduces cortical histamine release, but only weakly promotes sleep in the rat[1].

Animal Model:Sprague-Dawley rats[1]
Dosage:5, 10 mg/kg
Administration:Intraperitoneally
Result:Significantly modulated brain histamine release and slight, albeit significant, decreased in sleep onset latency.
