4-Aminobicyclo[2.2.2]octane-1-carboxylic Acid can be used in the preparation of AA-115/APG-115, potent and orally active murine double minute 2 inhibitor useful in cancer treatment. It can be useful in structure activity optimization of 6H-?pyrrolo[2,?3-?e]?[1,?2,?4]?triazolo[4,?3-?a]?pyrazines as Jak1 kinase inhibitors. It may also be useful in the preparation of PI3Kγ inhibitors.
