Trofinetide is a synthetic analogue of the endogenous N-terminus tripeptide, Glycine-Proline-Glutamate (GPE), that has shown to be neuroprotective in animal models of brain injury.

Biological Activity

Alisporivir is a Cyclophilin A inhibitor with potent anti-hepatitis C virus (HCV) activity. Alisporivir has also been investigated for Duchenne muscular dystrophy.

Combination treatment with Alisporivir and ICN-1229 does not protect against SARS-CoV infection in a mouse model^[3].
