20-(tert-Butoxy)-20-oxoicosanoic acid is a non-cleavable ADC linker used in the synthesis of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) and in the synthesis of PROTACs.
Chemical Properties
Eicosanedioic acid mono-tert-butyl ester is a solid at room temperature and pressure, with poor solubility in water but some solubility in alcohol organic solvents. It has certain acidity, and the carboxyl unit at one end of the alkyl chain in its structure can be esterified with alcohol compounds under the action of acid catalyst to obtain the corresponding diester derivatives.
