Super-TDU is a specific YAP antagonist targeting YAP-TEADs interaction. Super-TDU suppresses tumor growth in gastric cancer mouse model[1].

Biological Activity

Super-TDU is an inhibitory polypeptide targeting YAP-TEADs interaction.

in vivo

Super-TDU can treat gastric cancer by directly targeting YAP-TEADs, unlike the traditional drug compound 5-FU, whose antitumor activity tends to be more towards tumors with a high ratio of YAP/VGLL4.
