Uses
Antiflammin-1 is an anti-inflammatory peptide 1 (MQMKKVLDS). Antiflammin-1 is a derivative of uteroglobin. Antiflammin-1 has anti-inflammatory and antifibrotic actions in bleomycin (HY-108345)-induced lung injury[1][2][3].
in vivo
Antiflammin-1 (2-10 mg/kg, ip, daily, for 6 days) decreases the levels of TNF-α and IL-1β in bleomycin-treated mice. Antiflammin-1 has anti-inflammatory and antifibrotic actions in bleomycin-induced lung injury[1].
