HEMADO is a selective adenosine A3 receptor agonist. Adenosine A3 receptors are related to inflammatory diseases such as asthma, ischemic injury, and cancer.

Biological Activity

High affinity and selective adenosine A 3 receptor agonist (K i values are 1.1, 327, 1230 and > 30,000 nM for human A 3 , A 1 , A 2A and A 2B receptors respectively).
