Uses
GP 2A is a selective CB2 agonist that also shows modest agonism at CB1 receptors.
Definition
ChEBI: N-cyclohexyl-1-(2,4-dichlorophenyl)-6-methyl-4H-indeno[1,2-c]pyrazole-3-carboxamide is a member of pyrazoles and a ring assembly.
Biological Activity
Selective CB 2 receptor agonist; K i values are 7.6 and 900 nM for CB 2 and CB 1 receptors respectively. Increases P-ERK1/2 expression in HL-60 cells in vitro .
