Description

m-PEG10-alcohol is a PEG linker containing a hydroxyl group. The hydroxyl group enables further derivatization or replacement with other reactive functional groups. The hydrophilic PEG spacer increases solubility in aqueous media.

Uses

2,5,8,11,14,17,20,23,26,29-Decaoxahentriacontan-31-ol is used as a reactant in the synthesis of functional vinyl ethers and radical alternating copolymers with chlorotrifluoroethylene.
