(R)-Tetrahydrofuran-3-amine hydrochloride can be used to synthesize antiarrhymic as a kind of medicine intermediate Tecadenoson.

Synthesis

(R)-Tetrahydrofuran-3-amine is obtained by conducting two steps of reactions including amidation and Hofmann degradation with (R)-tetrahydrofuran-3-formic acid as main materials. Then (R)-Tetrahydrofuran-3-amine hydrochloride is prepared by acidification reaction of (R)-Tetrahydrofuran-3-amine.
