Hydophilic PEG spacer increases solubility in aqueous media and reduces steric hindrance during binding.

Uses

N-Methyl-N'-(hydroxy-PEG2)-Cy5 is a PEG-based PROTAC linker that can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs[1].
