N,N,N′,N′-Tetramethyl-O-(N-succinimidyl)uronium hexafluorophosphate can be used to prepare N-succinimidyl 4-[¹⁸F]fluorobenzoate ([¹⁸F]-SFB), a prosthetic group for the fluorination of biomolecules for PET imaging.
