Description

Ac4GlcNAl is an unnatural alkyne-containing monosaccharide building block. The alkyne moiety can be used for modification though chemoselective ligation chemistries including CuAAC or various Pd-catalyzed coupling reactions. The acetyl groups increase solubility in many solvents and make handling of this reagent easier.

Uses

Ac4GlcNAlk is an alkyl chain-based PROTAC linker that can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs[1].
