Administration:Oral administration, single dose (Pharmacokinetic Analysis)
Result:Mean Cmax and AUC(0-∞) values for the CP-93,393 were 143.2 ng/ml and 497.7 ng·hr/ml, respectively, in the male monkeys and 17.2 ng/ml and 13.7 ng·hr/ml, respectively, in the female monkeys.
