Selective 5-HT 1D receptor agonist. Produces dose-dependent decreases in extracellular 5-HT concentration.

Pigeons were trained to peck a key under a multiple fixed-ratio 25 fixed-ratio 175 schedule of food presentation. CP-135807 (0.1 mg/kg; i.m.; single dose) fully and dose-dependently substitutes for the training dose in adult male Carneau pigeons[1].
