Uses

(1S,2S)-1-(m-Hydroxyphenyl)-2-amino-1-propanol, an isomer of Metaraminol Bitartrate (M225565), a vasopressor comparable to ephedrine used in the maintenance of arterial pressure during spinal anesthesia. Also used in the treatment of hypotension while under the effect of anaesthesia.
