Diamminedichloropalladium (also known as trans-Diamminedichloropalladium(II), TDPD) is a chiral analytical reagent that can be used as an internal standard for determining cisplatin-derived platinum in human plasma ultrafiltrate. In addition, trace elements Cu, Ni, and Zn in TDPD and diamminedinitropalladium can be determined by flame atomic absorption spectroscopy.
