General Description
Thyroxine or T4 is a thyroid hormone responsible for regulation of protein, fat, and carbohydrate metabolism as well as the proper development and differentiation of all cells of the human body. This internal standard and Certified Spiking Solution? is suitable for quantitation of free and total T4 serum levels by LC-MS/MS for determination of hyper- or hypothyroidism and monitoring treatment with synthetic thyroid hormones.
