Synthesis
A cobalt tetraoxydiferrate nanoparticle and its preparation method, comprising: ferrous chloride 30~60mg, cobalt chloride 5~10mg, polyacrylamide 10~20mg and deionized water 10~20ml were added to a 100ml round-bottomed flask with stirring; ethanol 30~60mL was added slowly dropwise to the resulting solution under magnetic stirring, 1M aqueous sodium hydroxide solution was added 50~200??L The solid obtained was vacuum dried at 50~100oC for 8~12h; placed in a box furnace and calcined at 400~450oC for 2~3h to obtain multilayer structured cobalt tetraoxydieticarbonate nanoparticles; the multilayer structured cobalt tetraoxydieticarbonate nanoparticles obtained by the present invention were well dispersed, with a uniform size and stable structure; the cobalt tetraoxydieticarbonate nanoparticles obtained by using the method of the present invention were well dispersed, with uniform size and stable structure. The multilayer structured cobalt tetraoxydiferrate nanoparticles prepared by the method of the present invention are characterized by large capacity, good cycling performance and long service life; the capacity is still maintained at more than 1000 mAh/g after 500 times of charging and discharging (current density of 1A/g).
