Application
1. Its primary application is as an accelerator and crosslinking agent in the rubber industry.
2. In the tire industry, a large amount of accelerators and crosslinking agents are required, making it an indispensable and important additive. IS combines practicality and aesthetic requirements, and is widely used in products where rubber sheets and structures are bonded together, such as white tire sidewalls, retreaded tires, cushioning compounds, hoses, tire carcass compounds, and tapes. It ensures the appearance of semi-finished rubber products while preventing blooming.
3. IS products have a very wide range of applications, including cable shells, waterproof hoses, sealing materials, raw rubber tapes, inner tubes for automobiles, insulating protective equipment, and automotive interior parts.
4. In addition to industrial applications, it is also widely distributed in consumer goods. Common light-colored rubber products on the market often require large amounts of sulfur, such as waterproof rubber shoes, special rubber products like seals used in plumbing and electrical construction, as well as household rubber products, toys, latex gloves, and other high-end rubber products. IS can enhance the adhesion between rubber layers, significantly improve the quality of common rubber products, and extend their service life. Compared with ordinary sulfur, it has many unique advantages.
