Uses
Sisunatovir (RV521) hydrochloride is a potent and orally active respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) inhibitor with IC50 values of 1.4, 1.0 nM for RSV A, RSV B, respectively. Sisunatovir hydrochloride inhibits RSV infection and reduces virus titers in the lungs of mice[1].
in vivo
Sisunatovir hydrochloride (0, 1, 10, 50 mg/kg; p.o.) reduces virus titers in the lungs of mice with RSV A2 infection[1].
