The compound (CAS: 171557-57-6, 477 mg, 1.17 mmol) was used as starting material, and the same synthesis method as compound 9 was used to obtain the target product N,N-di-BTBOC methylglycine (12, 335 mg, 97% yield), which was a light yellow oily product.
