Definition
ChEBI: Genistein 8-C-glucoside is a C-glycosyl compound that is genistein substituted by a beta-D-glucopyranosyl residue at position 8 via a C-glucosidic linkage. It has a role as a plant metabolite. It is a C-glycosyl compound and a member of 7-hydroxyisoflavones. It is functionally related to a genistein.
