Uses
SGS 518 Oxalate is a 5-HT6 antgaonist.
in vivo
SGS518 oxalate (30 mg/kg; i.p. for 30 min) protects Abca4–/–Rdh8 sup>–/– mouse retinas from light-induced damage[1].

| Administration: | I.p. injection for 30 minutes |
