Description

A-836339 is a synthetic cannabinoid (CB) which has a higher affinity for the peripheral CB2 receptor (Ki = 0.64 nM) over the central CB1 receptor (Ki = 270 nM). It displays analgesic, anti-inflammatory, and anti-hyperalgesic effects in mice. At higher doses, A-836339 also decreases spontaneous locomotor activities, consistent with CB1 activation. This product is intended for forensic and research applications.

Uses

A-836339, is a cannabinoid CB2 receptor-selective agonist; exhibits high potencies at CB(2) and selectivity over CB(1) receptors. Synthetic Cannabinoids.
