Uses
Olorofim is a novel dihyroorotate dehydrogenase enzyme inhibitor. Olorofim is a novel antifungal agent with in vitro activity against Aspergillus and other opportunistic molds.
in vivo
Olorofim (15 mg/kg, ip, every 8 hours for 9 days) ameliorates chronic granulomatous disease (CGD), exhibits anti-infectious activity in Aspergillus-infected mouse models[3].
