Description
2-(2,6-Dioxopiperidin-3-yl)-5-fluoro-6-(piperazin-1-yl)isoindoline-1,3-dione hydrochloride is a hydrochloride salt derivative of thalidomide with a flouride and piperazine groups on the benzyl ring.
Uses
Thalidomide-Piperazine 5-fluoride hydrochloride is a derivative of cereblon (CRBN) inhibitor Thalidomide (HY-14658), which can be used as ligands for E3 ubiquitin ligase (Ligands for E3 Ligase) for PROTACs Synthesis[1].
