Uses

Riamilovir is an antiviral drug whose activity is primarily directed against RNA viruses. Riamilovir acts directly on the virus's RNA-dependent RNA polymerase, thereby preventing the virus from replicating. This mechanism allows Riamilovir to effectively reduce the amount of virus, accelerate the relief of symptoms, and help reduce the severity of the disease. Riamilovir can be used in the study of acute respiratory viral infections caused by new variants of SARS-CoV-2[1].
