Disperse Blue 72 Chemical Properties,Usage,Production
Uses
Disperse Blue 72 is used for dyeing polyester and its blended fabrics, as well as for direct printing of polyester or triacetate fabrics and transfer printing. It can be used to color various resin plastics, such as polyacrylic resin, ABS resin, polystyrene, plexiglass, polyester resin, polycarbonate, etc., to obtain red and blue. It has excellent heat resistance, sun resistance, and migration resistance, good tinting power, high transparency, and a wide application range.
Preparation
1,4-Dihydroxyanthracene-9,10-dione or anthracene-1,4,9,10-tetraol or 1-Bromo-4-hydroxyanthraquinone or 1-Chloro-4-hydroxyanthracene-9,10-dione and to a aniline heating.
Properties and Applications
red light blue. Violet black powder. Soluble in ethanol, acetone and benzene. The strong sulfuric acid dyes in the dark for, diluted into olive green, red and blue precipitation. Dyeing iron ion in the same light, copper ions in larger changes. Disperse Blue 72 is used for polyester and their blended fabric dyeing, purple or red light blue for blu-ray, dye deep sex good, levelness poor. Suitable for high temperature and high pressure dyeing method, mainly used for dyeing pure polyester. Dyeing products have hot pressing discoloration shortcomings. Dye polyester/stick blended, can with reactive dyes or the direct dyes with bath. Can be used as a transfer printing dye. Can be used for dyeing three vinegar fiber, the dyeing speed is slow, levelness medium, dye deep the gender is good. Used for polyester fiber fabric or three vinegar direct printing, does not make the impression of discharge printing. And C.I. Solvent Violet? 13 the same chemical structure.
