Uses
Barium magnesium aluminate, europium doped can be used in the fabrication of new hybrid perovskites and light emitting diodes (LEDs).
General Description
Barium magnesium aluminate, europium doped is an efficient phosphor that is majorly used as a light emitter. It can be prepared by low temperature combustion process by utilizing urea as a fuel. It shows a band gap of ~5.24 eV and a crystallite size in the order of ~70 nm?650 nm. The thermo-luminescence (TL) spectra potentially peak at ~443 nm.
