Description
Zinc Glycinate features the 100% fully reacted TRAACS zinc bis-glycinate chelate. Zinc is essential for the development and proper functioning of the reproductive organs, including healthy prostate function, and has been shown to support healthy immune system function. Zinc also supports enzyme activity associated with tissue synthesis, energy metabolism, and bone mineralization. Zinc Glycinate is readily bioavailable and easily absorbed as an intact chelate. It is superior to other forms of zinc because it does not get ionized in the gut before absorption. Instead, it appears to be metabolized in the body right at the target tissue. Preparation
The preparation method of zinc glycinate comprises the following steps: (1) chelating a salt: adding glycine, basic zinc carbonate and water into a reaction kettle, stirring, heating to 70-90 DEG C and making carbon dioxide overflow fully to generate zinc glycinate; and (2) drying: centrifugally dehydrating the obtained zinc glycinate, transferring into a fluidized bed and drying at the temperature of 100-120 DEG C to obtain a zinc glycinate product.
