Description
Ono 1082 is a drug that increases cAMP levels in hepatocytes in rats.
Uses
ONO 1082 is a Prostaglandin E1 (PGE1) (HY-B0131) derivative and increases cAMP level in hepatocytes. ONO 1082 competes with the action of the cholestatic factor through the increase in the cAMP level[1].
