(3S,8S)-Falcarindiol functions as inhibitors of breast cancer resistance protein(BCRP/ABCG2).
in vivo
Falcarindiol (7 μg/g; diet) increases ABCA1 expression in neoplastic tissue in five weeks old male rats[2].
