Uses

(1S)-1-[(1R)-1-(Dicyclohexylphosphino)ethyl]-2-[2-(diphenylphosphino)phenyl]ferrocene is used in preparation of chiral Piperidines via asymmetric Hydrogenation of Dehydropiperidines using metal chiral Phosphine catalyst complexes.

Reactions

1. Enantioselective synthesis of chiral fluoropiperidine via asymmetric hydrogenation of a vinyl fluoride.
2. Palladium/ClickFerrophos – Catalyzed asymmetric domino allylstannylation-Heck reaction of o-formylaryl triflate.
3. Catalytic asymmetric alkylation of acylsilanes.
