N-Boc-N-bis(PEG4-acid) is a branched PEG linker with a Boc protected amino group and two terminal carboxylic acids. The protected amine can be deprotected under acidic conditions. Carboxylic acids can react with primary amino groups in the presence of EDC or HATU.

Uses

N-Boc-N-bis(PEG4-acid) is a PEG-based PROTAC linker that can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs[1].
