Uses

S-Gboxin is the active analogue of Gboxin; potent antitumor activity.

in vivo

S-Gboxin retains excellent metabolic stability, enhanced plasma stability, and PK-properties suitable for in vivo studies. S-Gboxin (10 mg/kg/day; intraperitoneally) inhibits glioblastoma (GBM) growth in vivo^[1].

Animal Model:	Female nude mice (6 to 9 weeks)^[1]
Dosage:	10 mg/kg/day
Administration:	Administered intraperitoneally; daily; 3 or 14 days
Result:	Resulted in significant attenuation of growth and decreased cellular density compared to controls.
