Uses
1-Bromo-7-chlorodibenzofuran can be used as an intermediate in the synthesis of materials and chemicals.
Synthesis
2'-bromo-4-chloro-6'-fluoro-[1,1'-biphenyl]-2-ol (33.25 g, 110.27 mmol), Cs2CO3(71.86 g, 220.54 mmol), and a mixture of dimethylacetamide (330ml) was stirred at 150°C.After cooling, the filtrate was filtered, and the solvent of the filtrate was filtered through silica gel to obtain 1-Bromo-7-chlorodibenzo[b,d]furan. (24.84g, 80%).
