Synthesis
(1) 18.52 g of MgCl2-6H2O was dissolved into 350 ml of aqueous solution with pH=10.0, and 35 ml of anhydrous ethanol was added to form a transparent alkaline aqueous solution of MgCl2;
(2) high-purity carbon dioxide gas was introduced into the aqueous solution of MgCl2, and the rate of introduction was controlled to be about 0.5 L/min;
(3) the reaction solution was heated to 60 degrees Celsius, and reacted for 2 h;
(4) after the reaction was finished, the obtained sample was filtered and washed with deionized water to neutral, and then washed with anhydrous water. The reaction solution was heated to 60 degrees Celsius for 2h;
(4) after the reaction, the sample was filtered and washed with deionized water until neutral, then washed with anhydrous ethanol, and dried at 50-80 degrees Celsius for 10h.
