Description

Bis-PEG7-PFP ester is a PEG linker containing two PFP ester moieties. PFP esters are activated esters which react with primary amines to form stable amide bonds. The hydrophilic PEG linker increases the water solubility of compounds in aqueous media.

Uses

Bis-PEG7-PFP ester is a PEG-based PROTAC linker that can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs[1].
