Description
Boc-NH-PEG2-NH-Boc contains two Boc protecting groups and a hydrophilic PEG spacer. The Boc protecting groups are acid labile. The hydrophilic PEG linker increases the water solubility of the compound in aqueous media.
Uses
Boc-NH-PEG2-NH-Boc is a PEG-based PROTAC linker that can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs[1].
